You’ll provide 1-2-1 care in clients’ homes, supporting individuals with complex clinical needs.

This includes:
• Tracheostomy care & ventilation support
• Medication management & clinical observations
• PEG feeding & nutritional support
• Personal care with dignity and respect
• Working closely with families and healthcare professionals

👩‍⚕️ What Makes This Role Special?
This isn’t standard home care you’ll support clients with:
• Long-term ventilation needs
• Neurological conditions
• Palliative & end-of-life care
• Complex physical disabilities

At Excel Care Group, we are privileged to care for and spend time with many incredible women whose stories, memories, and love continue to inspire us every day. We are reminded that motherhood is not only about raising families, but about creating legacies of compassion, resilience, and love.

We would like to take a moment to remember a very special lady who was part of the Excel Care Group family for many years.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of one of our longest-standing clients, who sadly passed away in February at the incredible age of 103. She was truly one of a kind, and it was a privilege for our carers to be part of her life and support her over the years.

Many of our team built a very close bond with her, sharing countless conversations, smiles, and special moments along the way. She will always be remembered for her warmth, her strength, and the joy she brought to those around her.

On 10th March, some of our carers who were able to make it attended her funeral to pay their respects and to honour the wonderful life she lived. Being there meant so much to our team, and it was a small way for us to say thank you for the time we were lucky enough to share with her. We as a team would also like to thank Marie one of our care co ordinators for personally making the funeral tribute flowers on behalf of excel care group.

She will be deeply missed by everyone at Excel Care Group who had the pleasure of caring for her.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with her family and loved ones at this difficult time. 💙
