Today we want to celebrate two truly incredible women!
Shannon and Marie, our amazing Care Coordinators.

Shannon and Marie, you are the steady hands behind the scenes, managing the carers every single day, often at the drop of a hat when a sickness call comes in. You work long hours, juggle constant changes, and somehow still lead with fairness, patience, and strength.

You take the flack when shifts need to change.
You give up personal plans when staff let you down.
You carry the responsibility so that our clients continue to receive the care they deserve. And you do it all with dedication, compassion, and integrity.

You both bring your strengths in different ways, bringing your own unique skills, perspectives, and resilience to the team. Together, you are the backbone of what we do.

🩵Cervical Cancer Awareness Month 🩵

This January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, helping to raise awareness of a disease that can be preventable with regular screening and early detection.

Cervical screening saves lives. Each year, more than 3,200 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer in the UK. Attending appointments, recognising symptoms, and having open conversations about cervical health can make a real difference.

We encourage everyone eligible to take up their screening invitation and to support loved ones in doing the same. Together, through awareness, education, and prevention, we can help protect women’s health and wellbeing.
