Join me for a nourishing, in-person Qigong workshop designed to introduce the essence of this ancient practice through both movement and philosophy.
What’s included:
✨ A gentle introduction to Qigong through breath, movement & stillness

🌿 Discover the Five Elements & the flow of nature within
🔥 Learn about the Three Treasures (Jing, Qi, Shen)
📖 Receive a manual to support your journey
🫖 Share tea, reflection, and space in a small group
🧠 For the curious minds: we’ll deep dive into the symbolic and
foundations of Qigong, including its Daoist roots
This will be a small, supportive group (max 12 participants) to allow for a calm, intimate experience and space to ask questions or reflect.
