Bowen Back on Your Feet Manchester

I am not a fan of saying Bowen resolves quickly a sciatica type pain. But here is one of my clients that when she gets a sciatica type pain comes to Bowen believing that she will soon be better.

She came last week with pain starting in the lower back, down the left leg and in the foot too. She had the Bowen session addressing the lower back, legs, upper back and neck. Today was her second visit - the pain down the leg has disappeared and the lower back pain has subsided. She will be soon 79 years old, but she is active, and trusts this technique, two of the main ingredients to have good results.

"I know Camelia for many years, and she has done Bowen therapy for my body and mind. I have no words to describe what she does. Is beyond everything you can dream or need for your mind and Body. I had the most amazing pregnancy with Bowen.

No swallow legs or sickness, no back pain or tiredness.

She worked on my pelvis to support me give birth easily and no traumas. And this is how it was. One hour and half was my whole birth experience.

No struggling and no complications, the easiest birth ever. Had no medications or painkillers.

Just a normal easy birth thanks to Bowen. Bowen therapy helped and worked very well and prepare my body so I could have the most wonderful experience ever. And I give birth to a beautiful healthy girl.

A month after birth my little angel has diagnosed with silent reflux. So as usual Camelia was there for us. She came to our home for Ella's first Bowen session.

I can't explain how amazing it worked for her. Ella has cleaned her bowels in a way that I never seen before in a baby. She calmed down and sleeps very well in the night. Same happened after 2nd session. Ella has calmed down and no reflux episode.
I have tried everything before as I wanted to avoid giving her medications and Bowen worked like a miracle.
And looking forward for next week session. I know Camelia will do magic on her same as she does with me.

I also have Bowen at the same time with Ella as is very good after birth and gives me energy and helps with my back. I am so lucky to have Camelia in my life as she is always there for us.

She is not only an amazing Bowen therapist, but she is an amazing Life coach, energy dance teacher, guide for Dottera Oils but most important is that she is a friend. And her energy brings the best out of people. I will never forget what she has told me - she will come to hospital to do some Bowen moves in case I am struggling giving birth. She said will be there even if is 3 am in the morning. This is what a friend does.

And yes, I gave birth at 5 am but I didn't get a chance to call her, as previous Bowen sessions helped my body to give birth in 1 hour and half. I didn't have a chance to call her. But if I needed it I knew she will be there for me. As this is what friends are.

Autumn is here and according to Traditional Chinese Medicine the 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. For this reason, when a client comes to get help with his back for example, 𝐈 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 in between the other moves. Like that chances for the respiratory system to be well this season increase 👌

Client coming for back and neck pains, after 3 sessions back and neck are much better and feels straighter. After the last session she noticed the tights became loose. Although Bowen Therapy is not intended for losing weight, this may happen occasionally, and my client and I are so happy to see this.
