These 2 images remind me of how powerful kangen water is….

I had tried everything to help my roscea and I mean everything.
I’ve always considered myself to be quite healthy, from dietary to exercise and I didn’t overly use make up or tonnes of potions and lotions on my skin.

Nothing calmed it down, nothing made it go away,
Some days it could be painful and my face would feel like fire. It got to the point it was difficult to cover up so I didn’t bother but that left me feeling self conscious and embarrassed when I went anywhere.

Throwing it back to the day when our water ionizer rocked up 🙌🙌🙌 what a bloody great day it was

Mornings for us, slow and connected

Jaxx made pancakes for him and his siblings. Made from scratch, weighed, measured, cooked and served. All different aspects of learning.

We’ve read and we’re making a scavenger hunt game where we have to find words and put them together to make the correct sentences.

People have a lot of negative opinions about homeschooling but you will never be able to convince me that my young children sat in a classroom on this cold Monday morning is more beneficial than them being at home together

Recently I had a flare up with a wisdom tooth. What started as a ni**le quickly became that unbearable pain, the kind of pain where you feel like punching yourself in the face would make it feel better.
Current no dentist 😡 so had to get an emergency dentist.
I tried to ride it out but it’s just got worse and then on one of the many sleepless nights I remembered seeing a video from someone in our Kangen team talking about Hypochlorous acid or 2.5ph acidic water, and how it can have a profound affect on tooth infection, decay, gingivitis etc….
And my kangen ionizer makes it 🤦🏻‍♀️
So I thought I’d give it ago. Even though I’ve had my machine for a few years I never got round to making 2.5ph. Think sub consciously I was nervous I would do somthing wrong and break it.
Couldn’t be more wrong, easiest thing ever.
Rinsed my whole mouth and felt an immediate relief, continued a few times a day for a few days……..Completely gone, no pain, no swelling, my mouth has never felt cleaner, no bleeding gums.

2.5ph can also be used as a disinfectant around the house, so I’ve made up some glass bottles so that we no longer have to use any chemicals.
This machine just keeps on giving 🙌🙌

Just wanted to do a little appreciation to a lovely soul who ive met and has become a friend.

We haven’t been abroad as a family for over 7 years, Covid and then having back to back kiddies just halted us for a while but now we want to travel more as they have got a little older.
Traveling as a large family isn’t easy and tbh looking at the start of the year was a shock, as we haven’t travelled in so long we haven’t been aware of price increases and it initially put me off.
However I recently joined a platform that will enable us to affordably travel plus a lot of other benefits.
Louise has been incredible, lots of conversations, met for a coffee and has helped me every step. I would consider her a friend and I’ve only know her for like 5 minutes
Genuinely lovely soul🥰

We’ve got our first family summer holiday sorted to Portugal, and some uk breaks in the bag plus fishing for

All possible because of a very incredible platform and
If any friends our family want to know a little more, just let me know. 😁

Healing is in surrender…..

Emotional energy can often be found as the root cause of a physical reaction/ailment/disease
Even from a child we may experience shock, grief, neglect, abandonment, heartbreak

Unprocessed emotions don’t just disappear, they’re stored in the physical matter of the body, organs, tissues.
They show up in Subtle signs, little nudges but we don’t listen. We medicate these physical signs. But that only turns the lights off for a moment the true issue is still there and the physical symptoms will continue an they will get louder and more forceful as your body is trying to encourage you to take notice and heal.

We are not taught this unfortunately, most of us are not aware of the connection and others don’t want to face the demons so we distract and ignore. But at what cost.

When we stop, sit still and listen we connect to ourself on a deeper level, here is where the magic happens. True healing.
It’s uncomfortable, it isn’t easy, we don’t want to face the truth and it can be scary. But on the other side is peace.

I’ve had a clients that have literally cried during a treatment. How can a massage make you cry? (Unless it’s painful 😂)
During there time hear with me is many things though, a safe space, quiet and calm, being still for at least 45 minutes, no phone, no distractions. Deep conversation and understanding. Techniques to help the body move the tension and the barriers, acupuncture to calm the system and to send much need love to an organ. The simplicity of being still and surrendering, switching from rushing and fight or flight to stillness. The body heals itself magnificently we just have to let it.

Take away all the potions, distractions, self sabotage.
Face it and try a simpler path
