Summer Solstice this Saturday .

Longest day and shortest night and Summer officially arrives- Between us we will do 108 sun salutations and some Yin yoga .

I just ask for a donation of choice pay what you can afford if you can afford however all is welcome ! Bring your own mat too please .

I have a few things coming up including an outdoor ( weather depending ) Yoga in the park to celebrate SummerSolstice. on Saturday 21st June in Fog Lane park . More details to come . Please send me a message if interested. So I can reach out to you closer to date and send info . This event is a donation based class give what you can .

What is Summer solstice?

It occurs at the moment the earth's tilt toward the sun is at a maximum. Therefore, on the day of the summer solstice, the sun appears at its highest elevation with a noontime position that changes very little for several days before and after the summer solstice.

3rd year running . Expect plenty of Sun Salutations !
