Self-Care isn’t a luxury — but it can be luxurious ✨

Feeling so full of gratitude as I prepare myself to host tomorrow’s Align & Ascend Retreat with a beautiful group of strong women.

Tonight’s bath ritual included a few drops of the Nikura Root Chakra Essential Oil Blend to ensure I’m grounded.

Then I treated my skin with some of my favourite Tropic hero’s (I’ll list below)

The routine:
I cleansed & exfoliated, followed by a tightening mask, then a full-body scrub, and finished with hydrating mist, serum and night cream to leave my skin feeling soft, renewed and at peace.

Tonight’s meditation was so powerful as we journeyed with seven Archangels aligned to the chakra system, weaving in the energies of both the sun and the moon. ✨

WHAT A WEEKEND 💫

I’m starting a new week with a heart bursting with love and pride!

This weekend started by hosting a beautiful Angelic Soundbath for a powerful group of women with the lovely on Saturday evening.

Followed by our first Christmas Market at on Sunday where I got to bring my little shadow to work with me. She’s wanted to come to work with me for the longest time and yesterday we made that happen. Dreams really do come true ✨

It’s been an incredible weekend of meeting new souls and I’ve loved every minute of chatting, being able to answer your questions about life, energy and of course crystals. I’m grateful to those of you who purchased bracelets, crystal sets and other meaningful trinkets for yourselves and your loved ones - it’s so nice to see you spreading some Strands Of The Soul love 💫

Now that I’ve had a minute to sit down and have a cup of tea, it’s time to update and reorder some stock as well as pack and post some orders.
