🌟 Time to show off your artistic talent! 🌟

We are inviting local children and adults to enter our annual recycling competition.

This year, we need you to design a Christmas bauble from recycled materials for Olaf's tree!

All entries will be photographed by Olaf's new camera and displayed in his gallery starting Friday, November 29th. This will give everyone in Urmston something enjoyable to look at in the run-up to Christmas!

PRIZES: Amazon Fire Tablets for Key Stage 1 and 2, and a £50 voucher for the Adult winner.

Stop by the practice on November 21st or 22nd to drop off your entry and collect your goody bag!

We're inviting children & adults to design a bauble from recycled materials for Olaf's Christmas Tree.

Keep your night sparkling and safe with these quick tips:
👀 Keep a safe distance: Stand well back from bonfires and firework launch sites.

Don't let your spooky look turn into a scary situation for your eyes! While you're perfecting your costume, remember these quick Eye Safety Treats:

🧛 Costume Contacts: Not a Treat! The Safe Way: Only wear lenses prescribed by your eye doctor.

✨ Makeup: Be Careful! Avoid Glitter: Tiny, sharp particles of glitter can easily scratch the surface of your eye (the cornea). Opt for creamy eyeshadows instead. NEVER sleep in costume makeup, face paint, or cheap false lashes.

Check Masks/Props: Make sure your mask doesn't block your peripheral vision, and keep sharp props (swords, wands) away from faces, especially in the dark!

Since 2011, Louise has been the guiding force for our dispensing team. She uses her years of expertise (qualified since 2008!) and commitment to continued learning to make sure every TCO customer gets the perfect fit and advice.

She's an ABDO-qualified pro, and she runs regular meetings to keep our service top-notch!

Fun Fact: Louise is a true eco-enthusiast and spends her time away from the practice happily tending to her allotment!

We are an independent Optician in Urmston.

And by that, we mean to say we are a bunch of friendly peeps who care about our Community. You won’t find another Opticians practice quite like ours, we are sure of that.

Book in with our admin team, come see us for a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy a thorough eyetest from our qualified and professional Optometrists and then have the dispensing team (or maybe all of us) help make your eyewear decisions fun and easy.

We have late opening times during the week to try accommodate those who work full time hours who can’t always come in at the weekend.
