🕕 Every Wednesday evening, 6–7 pm.

Join Our Tai Chi Classes!

Our Current Classes:

* Wednesdays: Afternoon sessions in Gorton Park
Thursdays: Afternoon class at the Angel Centre, Salford (only for Salford residents)
Saturdays: Mornings in Peel Park, Salford

But that’s not all! Starting September 3rd, we’re introducing a brand new class in a new venue suitable for beginners! Our location is conveniently situated between Oxford Road Station, Manchester Metropolitan University, and the Aquatic Centre—just a short walk away!

If you’re looking to improve your Tai Chi practice and overall well-being, this is the perfect opportunity!
