Broadheath Primary School tries Laughter Yoga 🎉 Before the start of the new school term I had the pleasure of leading a Laughter Yoga session for the staff at Broadheath Primary School. The aim was to reduce stress and anxiety before the new term, introduce team-building exercises, and educate about the benefits of laughter, along with how it can be used with children.

Afterwards, I had a chat with the headteacher, Kirtsen, and here’s what she thought 😃 …. Would your child’s school try Laughter Yoga? DM or email me the name of the school. I’d love Laughter Yoga to be in more schools 🤗

I’ve been running Moving Forward for nearly 8 years now, but as we step into this shiny new year, I realized there are so many new faces here. It’s time for a proper hello! 👋

The truth is, life is hard enough without being your own worst enemy. I learned this the hard way through a traumatic early life. I discovered that the real secret to "moving forward" isn’t just working harder—it’s changing the relationship you have with yourself.

Think about it: If you’re constantly beating yourself up, every mistake feels like a mountain. But when you become your own biggest cheerleader? You gain the resilience to tackle anything life throws at you.

I’m Beth—a multi-award-winning coach, trainer, and speaker. With over 30 years' experience in teaching, training, coaching and consulting, I’ve built a "big bag of tools" to help people solve problems and find joy.

I don’t "niche" because I don’t need to. Whether I’m working with:

Don’t get me wrong comedians are amazing but so is Laughter Yoga 🤣🎉. There’s nothing quite like the hearty laughter created. 😊 I adore the fact you don’t need to feel happy to laugh and not reliant to external sources like comedians. My interpretation of a joke may be very different to yours 😆. Simulated laughter through exercises - like a laughter smoothie - stimulates genuine laughter 🎉🧡🎉. Exercises with yogic pranayama breathing. Simulate to stimulate your DOSE to become happier within minutes 😃. Who’s amazed by this? Like and share 🙏
