Chliche's get a bad rap.... I don't get why...

If something's become a cliche surely it just means enough people have realised it's true to the point that they then repeat it themselves.... no?

The larger percentage of why you might not be achieving that goal is probably more to do with your mindset and attitude towards it... the lack of patience, the comparison to other people, the unrealistic expectations of how quick it should happen for you.

All of that can stop you before you've even made enough effort to get started!

Pay attention to how your thinking might be getting in your way and try to fix this... its probably more important than anything else you're trying to fix.

Pay very close attention to your daily habits and the actions that you do without much thought.

Pick apart which of these habits acts against your goals.

Become aware of it... then it can be less automatic and you'd stand a better chance of breaking it.
