⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Porridge 💛

It’s important to add the right amount of protein to your oats — at least 30g of protein powder works best for me.

Sweet breakfast is honestly my favourite option. I love oatmeal with fruit, or even just on its own.

DELTOID MUSCLE🙂

In my work as a massage therapist, I never forget about the deltoid muscle.
It’s an important muscle for shoulder movement and often holds a lot of tension.

When a client lies face down, the deltoid is more relaxed, which allows me to work deeply into the muscle.
I also treat it when the client lies face up, always while working on the arms and shoulder area.
✨Interesting fact:
The Deltoid Muscle gets its name from the Greek letter delta (Δ) because of its triangular shape.
✨Best exercises for the deltoids:
• Shoulder press
• Lateral raises
• Front raises
• Rear delt fly
• Arnold press

In my work as a massage therapist, I never forget to focus on the deltoid muscle. I usually work on this muscle in two ways – both when the client is lying face down and when she is lying on her back. In these positions, the muscle is relaxed, which makes it easier for me to access and treat effectively✨If you want your shoulders to look beautiful, rounded, and well-shaped, don’t forget to train your deltoid muscle.

Some of my favourite exercises for building strong, defined delts include: dumbbell shoulder press, lateral raises, front raises, rear delt fly.
These exercises target all three parts of the deltoid — anterior, lateral, and posterior — helping you create that full, rounded shoulder look💪😊

💪✅

Massage today is no longer seen by most people as a luxury — it has become something truly essential.

If you train at the gym or do strength training, regular massage is highly recommended to help release muscle tension and support recovery. When your muscles are relaxed and regenerated, your training becomes more effective and your body performs better.

But massage is not only for athletes. Even everyday activities place a surprising amount of stress on our bodies. Lifting a child, sitting at a desk for hours, driving, carrying shopping bags — all of these small daily tasks gradually build up tension in our muscles. Often we don’t even realise it until we start experiencing headaches, fatigue, stiffness, or a general lack of energy.

Sometimes all it takes is one good massage to release this accumulated tension. Many people notice that their body feels lighter, their mind calmer, and their energy slowly returns.

Massage should be treated as part of a healthy self-care routine — taking an hour every now and then just for yourself. It relaxes not only the muscles and body, but also the mind. Right after a massage you might feel a little tired or sleepy because the muscles have been deeply worked on, but soon afterwards you often feel renewed energy and vitality.

If you’ve never experienced a massage before, you truly don’t know what you’re missing. And if you already enjoy massages, you probably understand how important they are in today’s fast-paced world.

⭐️Interesting fact ⭐️

Floating therapy was invented as early as 1954. However, it became widely popular in Australia and the United States around the 1980s, and in the UK it only really started gaining popularity around 2010. Before that, it was more of a niche practice. Now, there are more and more floating centres across the UK

But what exactly is floating?🩵

Floating therapy is designed to disconnect you from all external stimuli. Every day, no matter what you do, your body is constantly affected by gravity and surrounded by noise, light, and sensory input. Floating allows you to completely switch off from sound, light, and the outside world. Your muscles decompress, your joints relax, and you simply float effortlessly on water.

Inside the tank there is about half a ton of Epsom salt, creating an extremely buoyant solution — so buoyant that you simply cannot sink.

Regular floating helps calm and reset the nervous system. It’s a moment where, for an hour, you truly don’t have to think about anything. You feel safe and deeply relaxed. You step into the tank, close the lid, lie on the water, and gradually all sensations fade away.

Sometimes it even feels like you don’t know where your body begins or ends, because the water is heated to skin temperature. It’s not warm and it’s not cold — it simply matches your body perfectly.

If you have any aches or tension in your body, they often fade away while floating because your body is completely supported by the water.

I train regularly, and floating helps me with recovery and calming my nervous system. Sometimes daily life can feel overstimulating, and floating helps everything come back to balance.

Switching it up from oatmeal — today I’m having instant rice flakes 🙂
A great gluten-free breakfast option. I mix it with protein powder (white chocolate flavour) and it tastes amazing — even better with some grated dark chocolate 🍫
Topped with blueberries and raspberries 🫐❤️

I always keep my protein high — this breakfast has over 40g of protein 💪 ( yesss)
Simple, warm, sweet, and so satisfying — perfect for starting the day right ✨

I love starting (and finishing) my reflexology sessions by gently working on the Solar Plexus point ✨

The Solar Plexus acts like a central hub of nerves — a powerful “switchboard” that connects the brain with the organs in the abdomen. It helps regulate many vital functions and plays a key role in our body’s response to stress.

When this point is stimulated, it can bring a deep sense of calm, balance, and emotional release 🌿

Even a few minutes of focused work here can help my clients feel more relaxed, grounded, and reconnected with their body.

Sometimes the smallest points hold the biggest power 💫

✨In my practice, I like to include an additional 15 minutes of foot work in every massage, as it is incredibly relaxing✨

Even within those 15 minutes, I usually work on a few reflex points, and my clients often feel noticeable benefits almost immediately.

However, a full reflexology session is not the same as a foot massage.
While it may include some massage elements, it mainly focuses on applying pressure to specific reflex points, sometimes using circular movements.

Some areas may feel slightly tender, but it should never be painful.
For most people, the experience is deeply relaxing and soothing.

Today’s breakfast — of course oats as my main carb source 🤍

Lately I’ve been choosing gluten-free oats, and I always add a big scoop of protein powder to boost my protein intake.

Topped with coconut flakes and frozen blueberries, which melt slightly from the heat… I honestly love that combo — warm oats with cold fruit 🫐✨

Blueberries and mixed berries are low in calories, but also packed with antioxidants, support digestion, help reduce inflammation, and are great for skin and overall health.

I track my macros, and right now during my cut this bowl comes to around:
38g protein / 9g fats / 40g carbs

Simple, nourishing, and so satisfying 💫

Adrenal reflex ✨

Very often I notice that this area on the foot is very sensitive for my clients, and sometimes even slightly raised.
This is the adrenal gland reflex point.

In reflexology, this point is connected with the body’s stress response and hormone balance, especially hormones like adrenaline and cortisol that help the body deal with stress and energy levels.

Because this area can be quite sensitive, I usually work on it gently, using light pressure or small circular movements to keep the treatment comfortable and relaxing.

Adrenal reflex ✨

Very often I notice that my clients have this area very sensitive, and sometimes even slightly raised.
This is the area of the adrenal glands.

In reflexology, the adrenal gland reflex point is associated with the body’s stress response and the production of important hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. These hormones help the body cope with stress, regulate energy levels, support blood pressure, and influence metabolism.

When this reflex point is stimulated during a reflexology treatment, it is believed to help support the adrenal glands and encourage the body’s natural balance. Many reflexologists work on this point to promote relaxation, help the body manage stress, and support overall vitality.

Because this area can often be sensitive, I usually apply gentle pressure or work with small circular movements when stimulating this point, making the treatment comfortable and relaxing for the client.
