5 Day Kundalini Yoga Challenge. 45 minute practice each morning Monday to Friday at 7am. Commiting to change and waking up your energy.
As the actions, thoughts and emotions we experience build a certain way of living, it makes sense for us to prioritise creating a flowing, positive and highly energetic practise. So, wherever you are used to these practices and waking at this time or a complete beginner, you are in the right place and making a positive change.
Why Kundalini Yoga?:
What we continually do, we become, so rather than just going with the flow, which is often misunderstood and can be a form of not directing our inner world, we create the circumstances inside of ourselves developing an inner sweetness and energy that we wish to bring to the world and making the external challenges much easier.
Kundalini Yoga will break the energetical pathways that we have created through repetition and/or stagnation and allow new ones to be built. This is similar to and now explained with neuronal science, but goes deeper with energetical understanding.
Each Kundalini Yoga session consists of the following: Mantra, Movement, Breath & Meditation.
