🛌Lay on your back
📖Place a book on your belly
😮‍💨Breathe into your belly
🫁Your belly will rise and raise the book as you breathe in and lower the book as you breathe out.

⏪I’m resharing this Reel from this day 1 year ago. I hope it helps.

😤When you are stressed and anxious you are more likely to unconsciously hold your breath and breathe shallowly from your chest.

😎When you breathe fully and into your belly you are activating you relaxation response (your parasympathetic nervous system). This helps you to put the brakes on stress and take you out of your fight or flight response.

✅You can give this a go anytime you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

⏳If you don’t have time to lay down you can do it sitting up and place your hands on your tummy so you can feel your hands moving as your belly expands.

💝Give yourself the gift of calm this Christmas by belly breathing. The breath is not just for Christmas it’s for life.

🙌Two years ago today I qualified in Belief Coding®

And it still blows me away how powerful this work is.

✨I trained in this modality because I’ve always understood how deeply our beliefs shape our lives.
What you believe (or don’t believe) becomes the way you think, feel, behave and ultimately, the reality you create.

⌛️In the last two years, I’ve not only transformed how I feel about myself, my self esteem, self worth and confidence to name just a few things but I’ve also had the privilege of helping so many women completely shift their inner world and watched their outer world change too.

🤗I’m just so glad I get to help people to feel better and live the lives that they are meant for. Sometimes I really have to sit back and say is this real they I actually get to do this. ❤️

I’m so excited for the future of . The growing scientific evidence is just proving the results in what I see in my clients, from reduced anxiety, emotional regulation, increased confidence and calm to name just a few things. Belief Coding®️ is truly life changing.

I’m so excited for 2026 already and all the women I’m going to work with who will get to realise change is possible for them too.

💎For years I tried to fit in until I realised I was meant to stand out.

This weekend event we were asked who has worked on being seen. I put my hand up and then voluntarily walked up to the stage with so many other ladies who had worked on the same thing.

I would have usually have stayed in my seat but I didn’t I stood up. 🙌

Some of the changes in me include:

*Standing tall and proud being me in a room
*Being confident and comfortable being the only *person who looks like me in a room.
*Speaking from heart
*Laughing loudly instead of quietly.

Whilst I have been doing the inside work, I’ve met so many women who feel exactly how I once did…
*Invisible.
*Unsure.
*Full of fear
*Not good enough.
*Quietly doubting their own abilities and brilliance.

Helping them find their inner spark has become one of the greatest parts of my work because I’ve been there too and I know what is absolutely possible.

So if you’re dimming right now.
If you’re existing instead of living.

I often meet women who look like they’re doing “just fine” but inside, they’re quietly fading. I know this because this was me too.

From the outside, you’re holding everything together:
✨ working
✨ caring for everyone else
✨ showing up at events
✨ saying “yes” because you don’t want to let anyone down.

But underneath the surface.

There’s a completely different story.

They tell me they…
*don’t feel confident anymore
*feel disconnected from themselves
*feel sad without knowing why
*push their own needs aside
*fear slowing down
*carry silent stress, anxiety or overwhelm
*give so much to others that nothing is left for them

This isn’t burnout.
This is the in-between place where you’re functioning… but you’re not thriving.

You’re doing all the things, but you don’t feel like you.

Here’s the thing that doesn’t get talked about:
You can only “hold it all together” for so long before your body, emotions, and confidence start sending signals that something needs some care and attention.

When women come to me for Belief Coding®, this is what happens:

📌We can sometimes forget how far we have come.

And I am definitely someone who has to remind myself of this.

This video and pictures came up from 4 years ago and I’d forgotten how bad my skin was.

It was a video I was going to post for my last business but never did because of how my skin looked.

Let’s not even talk about my hair. 😱 😂

But when you’re just keeping on keeping on and surviving, not listening to the whispers from your body, your heart and soul, then your body eventually shouts by showing you.

For me at this time it was my skin. The largest organ in the body. The acne was just a symptom of what was going on internally.

When you start doing the work on the inside you feel better than you knew was possible and your outside looks a whole lot better too.❤️

Sending so much love for that version of me that got me to where I am now.

🧠Poor mental health costs UK employers £51 billion a year.

And 74% of UK workers report significant levels of burnout.
