In this meaningful role, you will provide tailored care to young adults, enabling them to lead independent, fulfilling, and significant lives. You will closely support individuals with increased needs, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
We have full and part time contracts available, drivers are also needed - with a full UK (clean) driving licence. You will showcase excellent communication abilities and be a person who is naturally empathetic and patient.
Our pay rate is above the real living wage, starting from £13.75 per hour in recognition of the professionalism and dedication to our workforce.🌟🧡
