Today is Time to Talk Day, a national awareness day encouraging open conversations about mental health.
Talking about how weβre feeling isnβt always easy β but a simple conversation can make a real difference. Whether itβs checking in with a friend, speaking to a colleague, or reaching out to a healthcare professional, starting that conversation helps break stigma and reminds people theyβre not alone.
Mental health is just as important as physical health. If youβve been feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself, support is available.
