So delighted to be leading a Soulful Sunday Session with The Reiki Room Healing Centre. I've recently moved to Mow Cop to find the most wonderful community. Sean and Julie leading the way to create this special space...

My session - Somatic Movement and Meditation will be a slow, moving meditation practise.

The word sōma is a greek word which translates as ‘body'.

Following the breath and how our body instinctively likes to move allows us to connect to the internal experience of the movement.

Without worrying about what it looks like on the outside.

Moving with ease, releasing tension and restoring the natural flow of energy.

All welcome, no experience necessary.

Bring some water and a warm layer, see you there.

4 glorious years

Thank you for caring and nurturing Naima, for encouraging her to express all of herself and for everything you have shown her. She couldn’t be more ready for school!

From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home.

Naima was 9 months old on her first day… so little! My Mum had recently died and shortly after that my partner left us. I had to dive back into work to support us and knowing Naima was happy and having the best days ever made it all so much easier.

We have shared so much joy together these last years and we will miss you all so much. 💗

4 glorious years

Thank you for caring and nurturing Naima, for encouraging her to express all of herself and for everything you have shown her. She couldn’t be more ready for school!

Naima was 9 months old on her first day… so little! My Mum had very recently died and few weeks after that my partner left us. I had to dive back into work to support my family of two and learn how to parent solo.

We have had the most joyous years together and we will miss you all so much.

I offer space for you to feel held and supported in your journey.

Surround yourself and your baby in a loving, guided yoga and meditation session.

We work gently to calm our minds and create space in our bodies.

These classes offer a welcoming, relaxed and calm space for you to move, breath and learn practical tools to support a calm, gentle birth.

The sessions are suitable for all women, regardless of their fitness level.

Yoga is great way to strengthen the body and help alleviate common symptoms in pregnancy such as PGP, carpel tunnel, nausea, fatigue.

No previous experience of yoga required.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Have a warm layer and some water to hand.

A gift from a client 💖

How to put what a doula is into words...

It's many things but ultimately how someone makes you feel.

I remember so well from birthing my own daughter being held by your love and belief in me.

The plant was also a recent gift from a client and the box was gifted to be from. after my Mum died. It contains crystals and affirmations of love. I treasure it.

The little brass frog was given to me by Betty, a lady who lived down my road when I was little.
She had a Jack Russel called Woody and she was very generous with me when I was a child.

I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.'

My passion is supporting women…

I am a mama, creative, birth doula and pregnancy yoga teacher.

My background is in dance, theatre and physical movement. During my performance training I studied various methods, including Laban, Biomechanics and 5Rythmns.

My work is rooted in embodied movement. I offer yoga and meditation as a sanctuary to support the transitions of pregnancy and the many changes that occur.
