Being too ill to teach has had it benefits recently, freeing up some learning time on the sofa ☁️

A couple of weeks ago invited me for a therapy treatment in her beautiful studio in the heart of Monton 🤍
Not having heard of the Bowen Technique before I was intrigued and excited for what was in store ✨
In basic terms it’s a gentle rolling over the skin which was very relaxing and also helped with some back & neck pain I’d been having recently. I also felt great the day of treatment, very energised and balanced! I can’t wait to return 🙌
They are offering £10 off each session when booking a block of 3, just quote x

We’re thrilled to reveal our plans for the Monton Jingle Mingle 2025.

Big change alert! After dealing with the unpredictable Salford weather the past couple of years, we’re moving all festivities indoors to ensure a warm and enjoyable experience for everyone. No more soggy socks or chilly vibes for you or our volunteers, just a warm, rainproof and cosy welcome all round!

It's your event Monton and ALL funds raised go straight back into your community! This year, thanks to our friends at Monton Unitarian Church, we’ll be fully taking over both the church and the hall! Here's all the details:

The Church: SANTA and STALLS:

Our main event, Santa will be hanging out in the church. The booking link will be live next week. We have a limited number of slots available stay tuned for details🎅🏻🎅🏻

Church Hall: FESTIVE FUN & FOOD HUB

We're going full mulled wine lodge vibes this year where you can enjoy mulled wine, hot chocolate, and sweet treats in our festive food hub alongside some festive tunes!🍷🍷

We’ve got tons planned for the little ones, including letters to Santa and more! New for 2025 we will have meet-and-greets with Frozen's Olaf and Elsa, and will be swinging by too! More details on timings of meet and greets will follow soon! ☃️☃️
