From 10:30am โ 12:30pm, staff from other services will be on hand to offer extra guidance and support, including:
โข Be Well โ lifestyle and exercise support
โข Work Well โ helping you get into work, return to work, or remain in work
โข Community Link Workers โ supporting you with any social issues affecting your health
โข Nurse / GP Assistant โ providing FREE NHS Health Checks
