From drum kit player to guitar and songwriting, harmonicas, African drumming and culture, to gongs. I still feel I’m at the school of music learning every day. I started playing drum kit age sixteen. Forty years later I’m still playing all of these instruments and still feel there is so much more to learn... What’s next!
Testimonials..
"He was good you could feel he had a background in music... it felt almost poetic or like a song I loved it xx - from Emma "
"Such an extraordinary experience. It was truly a performance by Craig playing the different gongs and nurturing all the sounds. I often find it difficult to relax my mind in meditation/relaxation groups but I was so relaxed, I fell asleep at one point!
“Afterwards I felt re-energized and at peace, as well as physically relaxed and warm. "
"Gong baths are definitely meditative because you are focused on the journey of the sounds and rhythm as well as physical sensations with the vibrations, and this helps clear your mind and be immersed in the experience."
"The sound took over me and I felt part of it. I felt disembodied – my arms floated off in the sound".
"I would highly recommend anyone trying this experience."
What a magical experience the Gong Bath was tonight . I felt like I went on a journey to the depths of my soul and was given advice which I will certainly heed to enhance my life . At times the Gongs were so powerful that I felt they took over my body and sent me into a spinning vortex and just as quick they lifted my spirits and made my body light again . Well done Craig an excellent Gongini .
I attended my first Gong Bath with Craig on Saturday and felt the most amazing sense of energy which on a vibration level resonated throughout my body. I attended another session the very next day. Within that setting I experienced a visualisation of the Chakra colours, an image of 'one foot in the door.' and an 'eye' it felt like it represented the third eye', an awakening. Then there was such a beautiful feeling of release/letting go through the vibration. From the first day and beyond I received countless times images of a moose, on the fourth day I researched the meaning. "The moose spirit animal signifies strength, pride, and life. It's not very difficult to decipher the moose symbolism because its message focuses on seeking the truth and finding the guidance within you. People who carry the moose symbolism are being called to work with the oppositions in their lives."
