God’s sweaty dance

On This razor’s edge
Awakes the calling to sacrifice
all longings and belongings

For the sharpness’s of this inner truth

Let the world name- call you
Selfish
Arrogant or
self centred witch

But don’t budge an inch

You are here to lit fire to this numb armouring malaise of a fainting cold regime
Under the debris of which you kept your heart hostage

You are free
To dance this wild dance
Naked

Like no one is watching

let this guttural ancient rage and scream
Dance you to the floor
in utter surrender
Let this ancient grief pour through your eyes , watering inner dried lands of forgotten worship

Watch
your life transform into a stage upon which
Gods dance in ecstasy
and swirl in sweat
***

Let this wild cup of Jesus wine
Flush through your ancient veins
Resurrecting your inner flame

calling others to join
In this alive celebration called life
****

No more armouring behind ancient screams ,
No more numbing of this alive fierce love
No more oppression of your innermost free self

Dance naked
Wilder still
Reclaim and re- vision your
Feminine fire

rising uprooted
Solid , like the mountains

And bow to this ancient knowing
In shared celebration

With these old silent nations that always surround you

RESISTANCE , in the parenting journey is a theme I keep hearing , especially from mothers women my age , called to fulfil their mission.

I d love to reframe resistance to Re-SIT- ance 😅just because I love playing with words and with life .What if resistance was precisely this : A golden invitation to RE sit with what experience we are having with different eyes .
How common is this in your parenthood journey ?in your life ?
It is like a dragon fire 🔥 it lights up the deeper we go into this journey of self awareness ,it appears that it “intensifies “so it keeps burning all that doesn’t serve .
It is a sacred fire .
Its intense but things are getting “better “ the deeper resistance we have . Paradoxically .
what appears to happen is that it reveals ALL of the ways we innocently reject life, and by life I mean the moment , this moment , not the next or any next
It is the only time we have
BUT , here we are navigating this tremendously sacred role full of conditioning , shoulds and shouldnts ,cultural wounding, ancestral buggage
I welcome it all...let’s let it all IN. It’s where peace resides .
If I asked you what keeps your resistance going , what would you say ? Share ⬇️
Naming the unconscious stories / beliefs / out loud we diffuse their power over us. I say name them to take them …
When resistance appears here sometimes is accompanied with a bag of stories beliefs narratives , ( parts / protectors that seek fulfilment elsewhere and seek to protect you from feeling pain)
This is the only reason we resist experience , to avoid pain.
The paradox is , that life / God/ Spirit , choose your belief , brought us here through the feminine portal which had to expand and bleed to endure pain to transcend pain in order to bring us to LIFE!

Pain is our name and surname!!!!

Yet we resist reject want to run away from it.

Yes ok, we have found ways to manage it cope with it and at times that is useful but soon enough these won’t feel enough.. IF the fire in your heart for peace and freedom is ignited .

But what this post s inviting us is to willingly welcome ALL or any of the resistance .

What messages does it convey for you ?

For me this journey we call life and as it’s unfolding is a continuous sacred journey of braiding surrender and power …. Weaving together the tapestry of my ever unfolding subtle discernment in the moment , my fire for expression , for the joy of expression, and my ego less serving at the feet of my kids.

It crucifies and resurrects me all at once
Upon its ashes what s burnt was the grief of the unfulfilled potential of women before me
The Unwept tears of women before me
The wounding of invisibility in my upbringing is melting into its fire
The sacred gift of my service is braided at my feet - the gift of my lineage too.

Don t you hear?
Stop resisting

Let me bite you open
Let me break you down
Let all of the layers that have made up your skin
Your memories
Your stories

Be burnt into my ashes.

In this ground, less ground
You are held by the stars

Nourished by life
Oiled by your Breath

Let me engulf you wholly, fearlessly
And discover

In the falling, you rise.
In the breaking, you are made

Again, and again, and again

Once this fire burns you down
There is no return
You discover there never has been a departure either

It is a spiralling of a wild dance
Of being undone

A deepening into the descent of your cells
Where your memories of pain seek release

Spiralling into spacious freedom that you ARE

Let me engulf you, beloved
And i promise you
You'll rest in my eternal embrace forever
In me,
Your bleeding heart will become your most gorgeous red dress

Do not misunderstand my vivacious nature my dear
It has taken me years to walk through the shadows of a haunted past and find my truth

I have been burnt many times before
Eons before me

And the scars still engraved me into the outed freedom there is

Do not look down on my loudness dear

I have delved deep in my soul and shed light to all rotten corners and dark howls that my smallness has gifted me

I have held space for the deep cuts of ancestral rage

The deepest of engulfing wounds

Do not fall in the trap of my “ my too much ness “
I have touched hell and delved in excruciated corners to reclaim my inherent power

I am your mirror dear , if you dare look within
The power of my vulnerability hides the truest treasures

I am honouring my blackness and weaving through it with golden threads , letting it wrap my waist like a velvet blanket

Do not think any less of my light 💡 dear heart

I have faced daemons of jealousy envy hopelessness and deep ancestral wounds thst wanted to limit my limitless being

Rising from the ashes has been my greatest crucifixion and resurrection of all times

As an ND myself ( ADHD) with a tormenting noisy brain 😅 that never stops , I’m chuffed that I feel ( mostly -90% of the time) FREE of all the angst and stress my “brain” was giving me…. The answer for me has been in true surrender ; alongside of course total acceptance of my brain wiring , understanding it and loads of self compassion …

In the end , my practice of non dual self inquiry / effortless meditation for many years has brought a lasting change - peace .

And it’s been a journey. The grief has been here that I had struggle for a long time to structure any research and have seen my brain as a block for growth - alongside lack of cultural/ societal recognition .

Research evidences the Default Mode Network changing and shifting with meditation practice , and in particular non dual meditation. And with this shift there are benefits : focus , productivity , performance , creativity .

I have personally felt these shifts , my brain wiring must have changed ? ( For a while I had symptoms of skull activity - clicking 🫣tingling for a long time - which mostly would bring a sense of deep bliss and peace over me.
Some of these are attributed to the side effects of activated life force activation / chi/ prana/ Kundalini ).

through the self inquiry practice and as a biprodict of the shift in the essence of “who I am “ I have never needed to take medication. OR utilise strategies to focus. This just never worked for me . I don’t reject any of this of course and am still remaining open if that shifts .
But the daily angst has vanished .
Surrendering to my mind and body has meant also surrendering who I believed I am..

all writing now emerges in a very spontaneous manner . No plan to sit and write . All I need is a visceral nudge and inner trust ; words are calling and words will come . May it be poetry ,prose , a blog pr a speaking creation/ video talk.
Essentially I’m pointing that we are in flow at all times BUT we get in the way by holding assumptions of who we are and even worse who “we should be”. For ND people this is a curse !
In the past year I have made a start to 2 books
3-5 separate pieces of writing , 2 new Facebook communities , 1 children s book alongside blogs and poetry and 3 children ; private practice and being a mum on maternity leave . Total chaos 🤣but I have trust structure will emerge to contain it when the time is right .
This is not to choose flow over structure but to point that trust plays a huge role in how we can cultivate our sense of creativity and productivity …
