SOS Homecare Limited is based in the north west and provides care and support services to individuals within their own homes in the Trafford, St. SOS Homecare currently provide domiciliary care to a range of people including:

• Older people
• People living with dementia
• People living with physical disabilities
• People with sensory impairment
• Adults with learning difficulties
• People with mental health support needs
• People living with an acquired brain injury (ABI)

The length of care and support is dependent upon the needs and wishes of the individual, and can vary from 15 minutes to round the clock live in care. Every aspect of the care and support provided is personalised to the individual.

The winner of this one was Jodie Swift! 🏆🏆

Jodie has settled into her manager role really well after being promoted from Care Coordinator. People have said that Jodie is the best boss ever, she is always ready to help and nothing is impossible for her. Jodie is running the Crewe branch very well and is great at what she does. Jodie is always willing to go out on care and has grown the branch significantly since stepping into her role. She is always there when people need her and her staff feel that they can approach her with any problem!💚💚

People have said that Ross is very good when they have had training sessions, he is a good teacher and a mentor, he is absolutely lovely to talk to and really gets information through in interactive ways. Tracy doesn't realise how good she is, she always deals with issues straight away and has built up excellent relationships with other professionals. People have said that Tracy really does care about our clients and works hard to make sure their needs are met. It is clear from all of them that being good at what they do is important to them and they work hard to ensure that. Others have said she is one in a million and is very good, one of the best.💚💚

Star received lots of nominations as she has kindly worked across two branches for SOS Homecare. People said that star does a fantastic job and is very confident in what she does. she is really caring and supporting with clients and other colleagues! Star is an absolute pleasure to work is and is very attentive and compassionate in all of her calls. Johnson received some wonderful nominations from Staff and Clients families including, he goes above and beyond for my grandad at each visit, he is always polite and well mannered and has an approachable smile.
