We're celebrating some of the green spaces in Greater Manchester - next on our list is Nuttall Park in Ramsbottom. The park is level in most places with well maintained footways and accessible to people in wheelchairs and families with push chairs, so it's a great spot for family friendly time outdoors. Let's go!

When was the last time you had your blood pressure checked? High blood pressure can increase your risk of experiencing a serious health problem, like a heart attack or stroke. Show yourself some love by getting your blood pressure checked. You can do this for free in many places, including your General Practice and local community Pharmacy.

Want to know more about how you can support a healthy blood pressure? Check out the link in the comments below.

Our Emergency Department currently has significantly long waits. ‼️

We prioritise patients who need emergency care so they can receive the treatment they need. If you have a minor illness, you may be seen quicker elsewhere.

Please don’t come to the Emergency Department because you think it’s a faster service. We’re doing everything we can to help you - but please help us by choosing the right NHS service for your needs.

If you're unsure about where to go, please use 111.nhs.uk for advice.

Thank you for your ongoing support during this challenging period.
