SWIPE 👉🏼 for my quick high protein lunches this week 🍽

A lot of the clients I work with say they struggle for inspiration to find easy high protein lunches that they can throw together quickly or prep for the week at work…

Here are some of my best tips for making YOUR LIFE EASY and keeping eating healthier simple..💕

1️⃣ Always have easy protein sources in your fridge/cupboard
- Tin’s of tuna
- Pre cooked chicken
- Quick cook sausages
- Eggs
- Bacon medallions
- Pre-cooked prawns
- Ham

2️⃣ One protein source + lots of side options
- Keep your week simple with your favourite chicken, mince, fish protein source and have lots of options to make each meal varied..
Eg packet rice, salad, potatoes, veg, cous cous etc

3️⃣ Quick add micros 🥦🍌
- Quick cook veg packs
- Frozen peas
- Salad bags
- All of your meals should have some colour (fruit or veg)

4️⃣ Easy carb source🥯
- Microwave rice
- 10 minute boil pasta
- Microwave potatoes
- Bagels/ wraps/ bread (all can be taken out of the freezer)

Whether you work from home, take a packed lunch to work, or eat on the go.. you can still prep a quick lunch that is bAlanCed 👌🏼 and filling..
