Out and About 🚶

Recently we visited Manchester science and industry museum, we all thoroughly enjoyed trying out all the experiments, having a look at the trains and visiting the new refurbed powerhouse.

✨ Craft Workshop Experience ✨
Discover what our day service offers for individuals with disabilities/additional needs from the age 16+

We’re excited to give local students the opportunity to take part in one of our interactive craft workshops, where we come to your local school or college and showcase the fun and exciting things we do at Pure Innovations.

Our workshops are designed to be engaging, hands-on, and informative, Students will:
🎨 Take part in a hands-on craft activity
🌈 Learn about our day service and the exciting things we do at our centres.
🧠 Explore creativity, inclusion, and the community.
🏠 Take home the item they’ve created along with information to share with family or carers
Our sessions are fun, engaging, and give students a real feel for how our service supports adults with disabilities in meaningful and creative ways while also opening up conversations about inclusion, creativity, and support within the community.

Art session 🖌️

John loves music, Jazz being one of his favourites.
He is working on a painting of different music
styles, this piece is incorporating Broadway, New
York.

Joanne is working on a series of
hearts, embellishing some of them with glitter.

Colin is working on his sketch book, drawing his
favourite images, today he is working on
sunshine, which brings a bit of colour to a dark
miserable rainy day

Tobias is also working on his sketch book,
drawing using different mediums, today he is
using felt tip pens, he has previously worked
with crayons, paints and ink.

Pure Innovations Rochdale Christmas Fayre is this Saturday! 🎄

Join us on the 13th from 11am–3pm at the Jonathan Burns Centre in Middleton for a festive day packed with fun for the whole family.

We will have:
✨ Festive music
✨ Handmade craft and gift stalls
✨ Homemade cakes & refreshments
✨ Festive games, raffles & tombola
✨ And of course… a very special visit from Santa!

Congratulations to Hayley, who has been nominated by not
just one of our Project Support Workers to be this months
client of the month, but two.

Charlotte and Bernard have nominated Hayley for all her
hard work in the dance session with Charlotte and the Tai Chi session with Bernard.

Charlotte and Bernard have some lovely words to say about Hayley,
Charlotte - “Hayley has been a huge asset to our dance group, she brings confidence and sparkle, she always works very hard, has some great ideas on what dance moves we could do and is a great team player. Well done Hayley, Keep dancing!”

Bernard - “Hayley has improved so much in her Tai Chi session and is an inspiration to other clients in session. The Clients look up Hayley, not only in Tai Chi, but also Sign language
where again, she has progressed well, especially in starting conversations. Well done Hayley”

Well done Hayley, you are smashing your goals this year!

We held a pumpkin competition across Rochdale, Oldham and Stockport, with all pure support staff voting on their favourite pumpkin.

Bernard and the Bushcraft group came in first place with Stockport taking second.

Everyone worked hard designing, carving and decorating their pumpkins and we think they all looked fabulous, great involvement from everyone!

Our Community fun day on Tuesday at the Boathouse Cafe was a huge success again!

A massive thank you to everyone who came out, joined in the fun and helped make the day great.

Your support, smiles and community spirit made the Halloween fund day fantastic fun for all!

Pure Innovations Christmas fayre is back but this year it will be bigger and better!

We have not 1 but 2 Christmas fayres this year, One at our base in Rochdale and the Second at one of our Cafes in Stockport.

Festive music, Craft stalls, Gift stalls, Homemade cakes and special visit from Santa and much more!

The Adults we support and all our staff have been worked really hard to put this event together and are so excited to show you all so come along and join the Fun. 🎅
