Pectoralis minor pin & stretch technique
This muscle sits at the front of the shoulder and pulls it forward (protraction).
When it gets tight — which is common with desk / office work — it can contribute to:
• Pins & needles into the arm
• Pain around the shoulder blade
• Ache down the shoulder or upper arm
• Rounded shoulder posture
Because of its close relationship with the nerves and blood vessels that pass underneath it, tension here can sometimes create referral symptoms further down the arm.
Not always the cause — but often overlooked.
