We’re excited to welcome Abdulrhman Saleh, MSK Specialist Podiatrist and Owner of Keep Moving Podiatry Clinic, to deliver a hands-on Learning Lab at .

Based in Manchester, Abdulrhman specialises in lower limb musculoskeletal and sports injuries and has been a Foot Mobilisation & Manipulation educator and Foot & Ankle workshop instructor since 2019. He has spoken at conferences across the UK and internationally, most recently at the 3rd Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Congress in Egypt.

His Learning Lab, Myofascial Release Techniques, is a practical session designed to equip podiatrists with immediately applicable skills.

During this session, delegates will:
✔️ Understand the role of fascia in pain, movement, and stability
✔️ Identify fascial restrictions contributing to presentations such as plantar heel pain and Achilles tendinopathy
✔️ Learn effective stroke techniques, pressure application, and treatment duration
✔️ Apply safe, clinically effective myofascial release techniques for the foot and lower limb
✔️ Integrate myofascial release alongside orthotics, mobilisation, manipulation, strengthening, and load management strategies

This is a hands-on, clinically focused session designed to enhance your MSK toolkit with techniques you can implement immediately in practice.
