I first discovered the benefits of Reiki in 2017, when both of my parents were terminally ill and I was juggling so much in life. Reiki helped to calm my mind and bring me a peace I couldn’t otherwise find.

After that, I knew I wanted to be able to pass those benefits on to others. If you’re curious, come and try it — Reiki takes you into a deeply relaxing state, and most people say it’s something unlike anything they’ve ever experienced.

During a Reiki session, you’ll simply lie back, fully clothed, in a calm and peaceful space. Gentle hand placements are used to encourage the flow of energy through the body, helping you to release tension, quiet the mind, and deeply relax. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or a wave of calm – and often leave feeling lighter, balanced, and restored.
