Today I burn away the fear of the unknown.

I burn away the fear of what will come through me if I fully surrender and take the leap of faith, to hand over doubt and open myself up as a channel so that the energy of life may flow through me freely.

I burn away the fear of “what if” from fear based, conditioned perspective.
In this moment I open myself up to receive that which wishes to be birthed through me.

I consciously choose to experience the question of “what if” from the eyes and ears of a curious child.

“What if I fall?
Oh but darling, what if you fly!”

I hand myself over.
I trust that my family, soul sisters, soul brothers and communities are held in the safety of spirit.

I trust what is unfolding, is for the highest good of all, and I play my part in this process with divine perfection.

Maybe she’s blowing you off.
Maybe she’s a bad friend.
Maybe she is keeping you in her back pocket for a rainy day.
It’s entirely possible.

Or maybe she’s busy.
Maybe her plate is completely full. Maybe she’s coping the best way she knows how.
Maybe she’s stressed.
Maybe she’s maxed out.
Maybe stuff isn’t going her way, and she’s saving her energy.

Maybe she really did miss your text.

Maybe she is overwhelmed with kids, family, and bills.
Maybe she’s trying her best, but her best isn’t much right now.
Maybe anxiety is getting in the way and rearing its ugly head, as it so often does.

Maybe it has nothing to do with you at all. Maybe it’s about her.

There are a million reasons she might be falling short.
Maybe it really is that things have run their course.
It’s a sad part of life, but it is, nonetheless, a part of life.
Only you can make that call.

But, then again, maybe it’s something else.
Don’t forget to give the benefit of the doubt.
Don’t forget to cut her some slack. Don’t forget to forgive.
Don’t forget sometimes friendship means loving each other through the tough seasons, and the rainy weather, and all the ups and downs.

May we hold eachother in the good times and in the rough times even if that means giving space.... I see you sister

To the women who have journeyed with me, I love you.

To the women who have held my hand through times of healing and stroked my hair as I cried upon your lap, i bless you.

To the women who inspire me daily,
I thank you.

To the women who have sat in ceremony with me, I celebrate you.

To the women who are yet to find their voice, let this prayer liberate you.

Let us rise together dear sisters, let us walk ourselves home and recognise each other each and every day!

I see before me a beautiful young woman who has championed herself each and every step of the way, even when she did not know where she was going.

She held faith close to her heart.

She believed in Magick,
She believes in her greatness and followed the soul whispers.

She devoted herself to the Divine, she became a part of the great mystery through the remembering that this was within her all along.

A sovereign child whose light grows a little more brighter with each with each sunrise.

This evenings Full Moon Ceremony is an experiential gathering for women to connect, rest and re-charge.

It’s a sacred space to shine and believe in your worth, to trust your inner voice and banish all that no longer serves.

This evening we will journey together and rise in awareness as we attune our energy to the Magick of the moon.

Tonight let us align to the higher frequencies of freedom.

ᴛʜᴇ ᴘᴏᴡᴇʀ ᴏꜰ 3 ꜱʜᴀʟʟ ꜱᴇᴛ ʏᴏᴜ ꜰʀᴇᴇ

On this day 33 years ago a child was born, a wee English rose was revealed to the world. 🌹

This Bonny wee lass from Bolton grew tall. She travelled the lands far an wide searching for something she felt had been lost, stollen, forgotten.

From maiden to mother, princess to queen, she rose from the ashes and reclaimed her crown.

Her sovereign heart opened, her birthright returned, she restored her truth and reignited her flame. 🔥

This girl now woman rescued herself, she became her own Prince Charming and installed a new faith.

A new kingdom awaits, an empire and throne, the fairytale re-written, a love story old as time. 💞

With grace in her step and beauty in her soul, she sparkled once more. ✨

May this day bring blessings to you all......and remember, you are a divine spark of creative potential. 💥

Yesterday there were tears, tantrums and turmoil. 😭🥺😫

Over the last few weeks I’ve been re-educating my inner empress to ask for what she wants.

As a reforming “good girl” It’s been uncomfortable AF to say the least!

I’d had a revelation last week when I heard a ‘young’ voice inside say “oh wow, I don’t have to live by anyone else’s rules any more. I get to live my life the way I choose without the need for approval.”

It was a very liberating and emotional moment, i had released the people pleaser from her bonds and set myself free.

Releasing the unconscious fantasy that isn’t coming to save me. A very young inner child’s heart was broken. 💔

But I visualised scooping my younger self in my arms and carried her off on my flying white horse into the sunset!

I let it go and stepped into a deeper state of personal and financial responsibility.

My inner Empress took one more baby step towards her own dreams and desires.

It is you who holds the power to reclaim that which was forgotten and repressed along the way.

For too long the whispers of doubt have kept me back in the shadows, feeling like an imposter, frozen and frustrated. I’ve sabotaged my way out of so many opportunities, and that’s perfectly ok.

There is beauty in the struggles, confusion and contractions, during the rebirth process we are called to bare all before ourselves, we become naked and raw.

I can now see where maturation was taking place, integration was required to embody and ground the experiences I was so eager, desperate and yet reluctant to share.

Patience is required to grow, bloom and nurture ourselves home. It takes time to love ourselves whole, so be gentle with yourself dear one.

You can do this, and I’m with you every step of the way.

We will work with the Magick of the moon to journey within using guided meditation, sound healing and ritual.

My body she moves with me, she speaks to me in ways that stir my soul.
