Feeling Full After Weight Loss Surgery🍽️

One of the biggest changes after surgery is how quickly you feel full. This is a normal part of your body adjusting and is key to helping you eat the right amounts for your new stomach size.

Listening to these signals, eating slowly, and focusing on nutrient-rich foods can make meals more comfortable and satisfying. Over time, tuning in to your fullness helps you build healthy, sustainable eating habits.

Portion Control After Weight Loss Surgery🥗

After surgery, your stomach capacity is smaller, making portion control an essential part of recovery and long-term success.

Eating smaller, balanced meals helps prevent discomfort, ensures proper digestion, and supports steady weight loss. It’s not about restriction — it’s about learning new habits that keep your body nourished and healthy.

With guidance from your care team, portion control becomes second nature, helping you maintain progress and feel confident in your choices.
