๐Ÿง How? By adding protein/healthy fats to a plain carbohydrate breakfast (i.e cereal/granola) ๐Ÿฅฃ
๐ŸA handful of mixed nuts and seeds or a good dollop of nut butter are a great source of both, and by adding in some extra fibre (berries/pear/apple..)to feed our good bacteria, youโ€™re on to a great start of the day.
๐ŸŽThe combination of fibre/healthy fats/protein at each meal balances your blood sugar levels, keeping your energy, mood and concentration levels stable until your next meal and avoiding any slumps throughout the day.
