Mummy and Me yoga starting Monday 11:30am at the Worsley sports club!

Gentle movement and stretches to improve posture and flexibility. Effective post-natal yoga fousing on building core strength and overall wellbeing. Its a baby lead session in a very relaxed environment so you can feed/change/cuddle/rest.
Its also a grear way to connect with local mums and babes!
We move, we chat, we laugh and we connect.

Hello! I'm Sophia and I teach yoga around Worsley Manchester.
Currently the classes are held at the Beesly Green community centre in Roe Green and Worsley sports club

Monday 11:30am Mummy and me yoga.
Monday 6:30 pm Prenatal yoga
Monday 8pm Yoga for Everyone

I have a couple time slots open for private yoga during the day. Please send me a message and we can have a chat.

New block booking of prental yoga sessions starting on Sept 29th (Monday) 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Beesly green community centre.
The prenatal yoga classes include various breathing techniques, gentle movement and stretches to accommodate the ever-changing body during pregnancy, lots of pregnancy and birthing related chats and tips and always ending the class a much-needed relaxation.
It is also a great way to conncect with pregnant ladies/bumps in the local areas.

Mummy and baby yoga starting in Sept 8 Monday at 11:30 to 12:30 at the Beesley Green community centre!
Suitable once you have your 6 weeks post natal check.
The mummy and baby sessions are held in a welcoming and relaxed environemnt where you and your baby can move, breathe, and strengthen together. We aim to support your postnatal body through various stretches, breathing exercises, core engagement and overall strengthing yoga. Its a baby lead space so you can feed, relax and yoga with your baby!
A great way to connect with local new mums too!

The mummy and baby sessions offer a relaxed and welcoming space where we will ease into your postnatal body with some gentle yoga stretches and movements. We will incorporate the baby into some postures and have some fun!
