A reminder classes are
Wednesday 1.45-2.45 at Boothstown Community Centre and Thursday morning
10.00 - 11.00 at Hanlon Eastern Concepts

It was good to meet Mike Sweeney BBC Radio Manchester last Wednesday, Mike was promoting stroke awareness and invited locals to participate in free blood pressure tests at Boothstown Community Centre.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our Flowing Spirit Qigong Class last week. My thanks and apologies to those who turned up.
