On Friday 27th March, our Manchester team were proud to attend the Be You Ball at The Monastery, Manchester, in support of the Child Brain Injury Trust

It was a truly inspiring evening, bringing people together to raise awareness and vital funds for a charity that provides essential support to children and families affected by brain injury.

We’re incredibly proud of our team for taking the time to support such an important cause and for representing our values beyond the workplace. 💙

We’re proud to be recognising the incredible work of our care and support teams.

From the 1st April 2026, all of our care colleague and support worker pay rates across our packages will increase by 4%, reflecting the dedication, compassion and professionalism our staff bring every day while supporting people with complex or challenging needs.

Our teams make a real difference to the lives of the people we support, and we’re grateful for the commitment they show across our services.

Celebrating different minds across our care community

This week, Prestige Nursing & Care proudly join the global initiative Neurodiversity Celebration Week, a worldwide movement that challenges stereotypes and highlights the value of neurological differences.

It reminds us that every brain is unique, and neurodivergence, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and more.

Here at Prestige Nursing & Care, as a care provider, we see daily how important it is to create environments where neurodivergent individuals feel understood, respected and supported.

This year’s theme, “working together to create a world that understands it takes all kinds of different minds,” reflects the heart of high-quality care. It’s about moving beyond awareness towards meaningful, person centred action across workplaces, services, and communities.
