Over-cleansing or harsh formulas can actually damage your skin barrier — leading to breakouts, dryness, and irritation 🫧

Here’s a simple guide to get it right:

✨ How often should you wash your face?
• 2x a day is enough (morning + evening)
• After sweating/exercise
• Avoid overwashing — more isn’t better

✨ Targeting your skin concerns:

• Blackheads & congestion → Salicylic Acid (BHA) to deeply unclog pores
• Whiteheads/comedones → BHAs + gentle exfoliation to smooth texture
• Dull, uneven skin → Glycolic Acid (AHA) to brighten and resurface
• Acne-prone skin → Salicylic Acid or a combination of AHA/BHA
• Dry/dehydrated skin → Hydrating cleanser + Hyaluronic Acid (avoid strong acids daily)
• Sensitive skin → Fragrance-free, gentle cleansers (limit acids to 1–2x weekly)
