Another fabulous end to our diabetes programme which was held at Wythenshawe Forum.
Here are 10 of our 16 patients (with our facilitators Tara & Penny) who completed our 6 week programme.
All are now looking forward to self managing their diabetes with a whole new mindset for the future.

Today 8 patients who attended our 6 week self management programme at Wythenshawe Forum were awarded their completion certificates.
Here's wishing them every success as the continue on their journey's of self managing their longterm conditions and exciting future plans.

Huge thank you to our volunteer Laura who passed her final accreditation whilst delivering this course, laura has now become a fully licensed tutor for the Manchester Expert Patient Programme
