From 12th January 2026, there will be a small price increase due to our running costs continuing to rise.

🏌️‍♂️ What a weekend of golf at the Ryder Cup! 🏆
The atmosphere, the drama, and the skill on display were incredible and I’m sure it’s inspired plenty of us to grab the clubs, hit the driving range, and try to replicate some of those amazing shots. ⛳️

But with regular golf comes a few common injuries we see all the time:
🔹 Golfers’ elbow (pain on the inside of the elbow)
🔹 Lower back pain from repeated swings
🔹 Shoulder strains and rotator cuff issues
