A structured 6 week reformer progression designed to help you build strength, control and confidence in your Pilates practice.

A focused development series where we layer technique and progression into your regular classes so you refine the basics, improve alignment and build towards stronger, more advanced movements.

What you’ll receive:

• Weekly focus movements built into classes
• Clear progressions suitable for all levels
• Instructor support and progress tracking
• Your own personalised progress booklet
• Unlimited classes for 6 weeks
• A closing celebration morning with coffee, pastries & sound healing

Dates: 9th March – 20th April
Investment: £140 for 6 weeks of unlimited classes

Olivia is a dedicated Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with over three years of experience in the fitness industry. Specialising in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, she combines strong technical knowledge with a supportive and approachable teaching style.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement should empower. Olivia is passionate about helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. For her, Pilates is not just exercise, it is an opportunity to build awareness, develop resilience, and strengthen both body and mind.

Ramadan Mubarak to those celebrating 🌙

This month at YOU MBS, we invite you to focus on gentle movement, breath and mindful practice. Our evening classes will include complimentary water and dates to support you as you break your fast. ✨

If you’re observing Ramadan, please move at your own pace, rest when needed and let your instructor know if you’d like any modifications — we’re always happy to support you.

Best times to practice while fasting are late morning or during our gentle evening sessions, when your body can move with ease and intention.
