About me:
I discovered yoga by accident in 2012 whilst attending a painting workshop in Greece during my stay at the Tao centre. I had enrolled on a work study program which allowed me to attend many of their workshops for free; one of which was a Hatha yoga class ran by a wonderful teacher called Sassy at 'Okre Blue' in Paros. Upon my return to the UK I began attending classes at One Yoga in Chorlton owned by Andrea Everingham. I found her enthusiasm infectious and an obsession with yoga was born. I have been devoted to the practise of yoga ever since and have been teaching Hatha yoga in and around Manchester for the last year. In January 2016 I enrolled and completed a 200 hour teacher training program in Rishikesh - India. I am now a certified E-RYT200 teacher specialising in Hatha Vinyasa, alignment and meditation.
