Nobody talks about how lonely growth can feel 🌿

Therapy taught me that healing sometimes means outgrowing people.

Progress doesn’t always look like what you think 💫

Sometimes progress is saying no.
Sometimes it’s crying less.
Sometimes it’s crying more.
Sometimes it’s not reacting to what used to break you.
