I’ve been a bit quiet since before Christmas, and January feels like the right time for that.
There’s so much pressure around New Year resolutions, but winter is really about slowing down, resting and gently finding your energy again…not rushing.
This is when softer treatments like foot reflexology, massage, lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy can really help the body feel calmer, lighter and more balanced.
I’m looking forward to warmer days and that gradual return of energy, at its own pace …😊
