💫 1 year of FIX 💫

Wow, it’s been over a year since we opened our doors at FIX and what a ride it’s been so far.

We’ve learnt a lot, made some mistakes, but most importantly had a great time doing it. We are so blessed to work with such an amazing team & talented facilitators - and of course are so grateful to you, our amazing customers, which without you we wouldn’t exist.

Thank you to everyone who has stepped through our doors and we can’t wait to see you again soon 💛

WINTER ARC INCOMING 🏃‍♂️

Our Run & Recovery Club is back this Autumn with a 6 week series, starting from the 2 October.

Here’s what you need to know:

🏃‍♀️ 5km at conversational pace

🕰️ Meet at 6.15 at FIX. The 45 min free flow starts at 7:30

Complete all 6 runs and recovery sessions and get a free credit to use at FIX

We’ve often got smiles on our faces here at FIX, but having a sauna and ice bath place doesn’t come without complications and stresses! Here’s some behind the scenes footage of why we closed this week.

1. We had a huge leak under our floor. It took us a couple of days, smashing down walls and ripping up floorboards to discover the main waste pipe for the entire building had slipped. Yay! How does that even happen? BUT, we FIXed it. Sorry for smashing up your storage area

2. We decided to sand down and re oil our sauna - it looks brand new again!

3. We have new filtered water tap in the social room - thanks to our friends at

4. We put new drainage into our social area. This was a huge job but is going to be so beneficial for our staff in keeping on top of standing water.

5. We painted, decorated and deep cleaned the whole facility. We pride ourselves on how clean FIX is, and it looks brand new again!

Thanks everyone for their patience. We’re back open as usual and excited to see you again!
