NEW EVENT 💐 International Women’s Day Pilates & Style.

Last year’s event was so much fun…we just had to do it again!

Celebrate International Women’s Day with an uplifting Pilates + Style event on 7th March at 2:00 pm. Join us for an afternoon dedicated to movement, confidence, and self-expression.

We’ll start with a classic Pilates class designed to work the whole body, building strength, improving posture, and leaving you feeling energised and empowered.

Following the class, we’re delighted to welcome Maria from MV Image Consulting, who will talk us through navigating the change of the seasons, share insights into Spring/Summer 2026 trends, and explore how style can be a powerful tool for confidence and self-expression.

As part of the experience, everyone will receive a mini colour analysis, offering personalised guidance on the colours that best complement your natural features—perfect for stepping into the new season with clarity and confidence.

From Monday 2nd Feb, our class prices will be gently increasing.

Our new pricing will help us maintain the high-quality classes (including Infared), experienced teachers and welcoming studio space you’ve come to know and love 🤎

Here’s what’s changing:
• Single drop-in class: £13.25
• 5 class pack: £60
• 10 class pack: £110

✨ We like to keep our pricing super simple with only a few options to choose from. All studio classes - including hot classes - are now the same price, keeping things straightforward and accessible.

You’ve got all weekend to purchase at 2025 rates, and remember:

🧘‍♀️ Class packs only activate when your first class is booked, so you can stock up now and use them later.

💫 Studio Soulmate Unlimited membership remains incredible value at £125 every 4 weeks, with a limited number of memberships available. We’ve been busy getting local businesses on board with discounts and offers - announcements to come on that next week.
