NEW EVENT 💐 International Women’s Day Pilates & Style.

🗓️Saturday 7th March, 2:00-4:30 pm

Last year’s event was so much fun…we just had to do it again!

Celebrate International Women’s Day with an uplifting Pilates + Style event on 7th March at 2:00 pm. Join us for an afternoon dedicated to movement, confidence, and self-expression.

We’ll start with a classic Pilates class designed to work the whole body, building strength, improving posture, and leaving you feeling energised and empowered.

Following the class, we’re delighted to welcome Maria from MV Image Consulting, who will talk us through navigating the change of the seasons, share insights into Spring/Summer 2026 trends, and explore how style can be a powerful tool for confidence and self-expression.

As part of the experience, everyone will receive a mini colour analysis, offering personalised guidance on the colours that best complement your natural features—perfect for stepping into the new season with clarity and confidence.

From Monday 2nd Feb, our class prices will be gently increasing.

Our new pricing will help us maintain the high-quality classes (including Infared), experienced teachers and welcoming studio space you’ve come to know and love 🤎

Here’s what’s changing:
• Single drop-in class: £13.25
• 5 class pack: £60
• 10 class pack: £110

✨ We like to keep our pricing super simple with only a few options to choose from. All studio classes - including hot classes - are now the same price, keeping things straightforward and accessible.

You’ve got all weekend to purchase at 2025 rates, and remember:

🧘‍♀️ Class packs only activate when your first class is booked, so you can stock up now and use them later.

💫 Studio Soulmate Unlimited membership remains incredible value at £125 every 4 weeks, with a limited number of memberships available. We’ve been busy getting local businesses on board with discounts and offers - announcements to come on that next week.

✨As we wrap up 2025, we’re feeling so grateful for the incredible events and community that have filled The Studio on Burton Road this year.

We’ve hosted everything From Barre, Yoga and Pilates to grounding breathwork, sound baths, dance workshops and inspirational style. Just love making the studio a space for not only movement, but also rest and connection.

We’ve also loved hosting brunches and pastry mornings; collaborating with some of our brilliant local West Didsbury businesses.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this year. We’re already looking ahead to 2026 and can’t wait to bring you more exciting events.

Merry Christmas from all the team at the studio on burton road! 🎄✨🤎

We’ve signed off for Christmas - wishing you all the most magical time with those you love 🫶

We’ll be here on Boxing Day with a power Pilates with .pilates.yoga for some gorgeous feel good movement.

Then we’ll have classes running as normal until New Year’s Eve, when we’ll be closed for the day.

So still plenty of opportunities to move with us before we start a brand by new year 🎉 - with classes resuming normal schedule from 1st January 2026 🥰

POV: you buy a class pack today and it takes you right through until the end of January 🤍

Our 5 & 10 class packs have a 6-week expiry from your first class, which means if you book on a class tomorrow, you can move with us right through until the end of January.

So why wait for January to kickstart your movement routine? We have classes on right until Christmas Eve morning!

We are also open as normal 27-30 December, and have a Boxing Day bonus class too.
