πŸ“’ WGN Manager, Samantha, is training for the Great Manchester Run (at the end of May).🎽 πŸ‘ŸπŸƒ

She's fundraising for our community group, and is aiming to raise £1,000 to subsidise two day trips 🚌 for our Members (older Wythenshawe residents). They will really enjoy a summer and an autumn day out - and they get to vote on suggested destinations.

If you can help Samantha reach her 🎯, please donate here πŸ™πŸ‘‡:

We appreciate that times are tough, with the cost of living crisis. Any amount will be very much appreciated and will have a direct impact. Thanks.

Please go ahead and share the link if you'd like to help 'spread the word'.

πŸ₯³ Wishing you all a happy and healthy New Year!

2025 has been a special year for us as we celebrated 15 years of WGN! Huge thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years and throughout 2025: our WGN Members and Volunteers; Co-op Members who raised funds for our group; community partners and venues; everyone who follows/likes us on our socials, and, of course, our core funders, Manchester City Council - plus project funders inc. Wythenshawe Neighbourhood Investment Fund, Age Friendly Manchester and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. πŸ™
