Body heals with Tui Na. The mind restores with Meditation. ✨

I’ve always believed that you cannot truly treat the body without tending to the mind. 🤝

Many of you know me for Tui Na massage, but my journey with meditation spans over 15 years. Teaching at the Manchester Buddhist Centre has been a joy, and by popular demand from my clients, I’m finally bringing guided sessions to my Prestwich space!

Starting Feb 8th:
📍 Weekly guided meditation
🧘‍♂️ All levels welcome (total beginners to pros)
✨ Small, intimate groups
Healing is a cycle. Let’s complete it.

👇 DM me for the schedule and to reserve your space.

Finding relief for a stiff neck or tight shoulders doesn't always mean reaching for the heating pad. Sometimes, the "reset button" is actually located on your arm!

Here is a post you can use to share the magic of Lung 5 (Chize).

🌬️ Stiff Neck? Tight Shoulders? Try Lung 5!
If you’re feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders (or just the weight of your laptop), it’s time to meet Lung 5 (LU5), also known as Chize or "Cubit Marsh."
While it’s located on the elbow, this point is a powerhouse for clearing tension along the upper body. In Acupuncture, we often use "distant points" to pull energy away from where it’s stuck.

📍 How to find it:
* Slighty bend your elbow.
* Feel for the thick tendon in the center of the crease (the biceps tendon).
* Move your finger just to the outside (thumb side) of that tendon into the sensitive depression.

✨ The Benefits:
* Releases Upper Back Tension: Helps "descend" Qi that gets stuck in the neck.
* Eases "Tech Neck": Great for those who spend hours typing or scrolling.
* Calms the Breath: Opening this point helps relax the chest, allowing for deeper, more relaxing breaths.

👐 How to use it:
Apply firm, circular pressure for 1–3 minutes while taking slow, deep breaths. Gently roll your shoulders and tilt your neck as you press—you might feel the tension start to melt away instantly!

Body and mind are deeply connected. Whatever goes on in your mind, such as worrying, tiredness, joy, and contentment, will find a place in your body. It could be your shoulders, neck, lower back, and legs, etc.

Despite all the gym workouts you do and all the relaxations and holidays we go on, an unsettled mind disturbs your inner peace and affects your physical health.

During a Tui Na massage session, communication is also part of the treatment to broaden your mind and perspectives in order to release tensions in your body from the mind.

A new year often brings a focus on new goals, but please remember: rest is a requirement, not a reward. I am so grateful to all my clients who have been so kind to me and made 2025 such a beautiful year. It has been a privilege to support your health, like my client Nick (pictured - 2). By combining Tui Na massage with Gua Sha and Moxa, we focused on deep recovery to prepare him for the physical demands of elite sport. He has now returned to Malaysia to continue his professional football career with total confidence.

Whether you are pushing your body to its limits or simply need to decompress, your trust is the greatest gift I could receive. My mission for 2026 remains the same: to provide a space of refuge where you can recharge, heal, and breathe.

Let’s make this your healthiest year yet.

Tui Na isn't a typical light massage—it's ancient Chinese medicine for your muscles. We go deep to clear the Qi blockages and knots causing your chronic pain.
How we do it:
Rolling: Rhythmic, powerful motions on your shoulders to boost blood flow.
Pressure: Stimulating key acupoints like GB21 (top of the shoulder) and GB20 (base of the skull) to release tension and stop headaches.
Kneading: Breaking down those solid, painful muscle spasms.
Stop suffering from stiff, painful shoulders. Come experience the corrective power of Tui Na. You'll leave feeling lighter, looser, and pain-free!
