A Sunday to return to what matters ✨

Join for Sunday Sadhana: an immersive, soulful practice that goes beyond the physical and into the deeper layers of yoga.

Rooted in the tradition of sadhana, a dedicated, intentional practice, this session weaves together pranayama, mantra, meditation, and philosophy, before unfolding into an energising asana flow.

Guided by the framework of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs, the practice invites you to explore not just how you move, but how you breathe, focus, and connect.

This is a space to build rhythm, discipline, and presence, and to rediscover the joy of making the everyday a practice.

Led by Anna, whose teaching is warm, inclusive, and grounded in both tradition and lived experience, this is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and practise with intention.

Slow down. Listen inward. Explore the subtle layers of your practice ✨

Join for Yin & The Chakras, a two-hour workshop designed to guide you into stillness while exploring the philosophy of the chakra system.

Through a nourishing Yin sequence of long-held postures, we’ll gently journey through each of the seven energy centres, using the spaciousness of Yin as a place for reflection, awareness, and self-inquiry. Sophie will weave elements of chakra philosophy throughout the practice, offering insight into how these subtle energies relate to our physical, emotional, and inner worlds.

This workshop is an invitation to move slowly, soften into stillness, and connect with the deeper dimensions of yoga beyond the physical.

Open to all, no previous yoga experience required.

Teacher Highlight ✨

Nadia is a Manchester-based yoga facilitator, practitioner, and student whose teaching weaves together classic vinyasa, creative flow, and the subtle layers of yogic philosophy.

Her classes invite you to move with curiosity, listening to breath, sensation, and the wisdom of the body.

A graduate of our 250hr yoga soul Foundations Teacher Training, Nadia brings a thoughtful and exploratory approach to the space she holds, encouraging practitioners to find their own expression within the practice.

This April, she’ll be sharing her first workshop at yoga soul: Pratyahara Play, a playful exploration of sensory withdrawal and the bridge between the outer and inner worlds. Through philosophy, movement, and tools like eye masks and breath awareness, we’ll experiment with how turning the senses inward can deepen our connection to practice.

The 30-hour Yin Yoga Foundations Teacher Training with is an invitation for teachers to explore the quieter, often overlooked side of the practice where stillness, patience, and subtle awareness become the teachers.

This training isn’t about memorising shapes. It’s about understanding how bodies actually work: fascia, compression vs tension, skeletal variation, and how to support different students with confidence and care. Alongside this anatomical lens, we’ll explore the art of holding space, guiding slower practices with clarity, presence, and sensitivity.

Led by Sophie, whose teaching blends anatomical insight with compassion and philosophy, this training is designed to help teachers build a grounded, intelligent foundation in Yin.

A space to deepen your knowledge.
Refine your teaching voice.
And rediscover the power of stillness.

New workshop: Pratyahara Play with

A curious, playful dive into the art of sensory withdrawal.

Pratyahara is often described as the bridge between the outer and inner worlds — and in this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore that bridge in a way that’s experiential, grounding, and surprisingly fun.

We’ll begin with the philosophy of indriya pratyahara, then move into practical exploration: building awareness of our bodies in space, familiarising ourselves with props, and gradually layering in sensory withdrawal tools like eye masks and ear plugs. From there, we’ll flow through simple asana and freeform movement, exploring what shifts when sight and sound soften.
Expect reflection, discussion, humility (yes, really!) and a deeper connection to breath and self.

This workshop is open to all. Please bring your own eye mask and only join if you feel comfortable being in the space with your eyes closed or covered for extended periods.

There’s something special about starting the day on the mat ✨
Morning yoga wakes up the body, clears the mind, and sets the tone for everything that follows 💪

Moving, breathing, and laughing a little before the day begins can shift your energy, boost those feel-good hormones, and help you carry more ease into whatever comes next 🤗

As Hannah shared in this review, it’s about finding what you need and leaving feeling lighter, brighter, and ready for the day ahead ☀️
