A reminder..

I don't just hold Sound baths and Womens’ Circles.

1 am also trained in Reiki L2 (almost 9 years) and hollistic therapies ..currently just offering Thai foot massage and Indian head massage (although I do have other hollistic quals so perhaps I may bring some back).

Indian head and Thai foot massage are lovely as stand alone treatments.. but they pair well specifically with Reiki as an add on!

When I changed the name of my SM handles I removed anything with the old name/branding.
I will be updating my social media very soon to reflect my current work offerings.

In the meantime if you are interested in booking or would just like to enquire about the above mentioned treatments I would love to hear from you,

Big love to all women, we are all sisters.

Though we may have many differences, we share similarities too.

There are still so many injustices, especially on a global scale, that women face today, and it's important that we unite.

Last year I held a walk & talk with cold dip event to raise funds for . This year 1 am committing to do more charitable work and hopefully raise funds and awareness for issues close to my heart.

It would be lovely to have some support for such things, and I also welcome collaborations with like minded women. 🙏🏼🌸

Thank you to the lovely ladies that came to Sound last week at my new venue in Mossley.
It was lovely to meet and have a nice chat at the end.
Everyone reported feeling much calmer afterwards and I'm not surprised, there were moments during playing where I was feeling it so intensely too ☺️🙏🏼

Just bring yourself (we have mats pillows and blanket) and let me guide you with the Crystal bowls to your ultimate state of relaxation.

Melt the winter blues away, forget about the Christmas shopping and for one hour give yourself permission to simply be.

Due to demand we have moved to a bigger space (within the same venue) for this Sundays event. 🥰

Ticket price has also been reduced this month as we know many can feel the financial strain in the run up to Christmas.. so why not take advantage and book your spot now while it’s cheaper. 🤗

Mats are limited in this space so if you have your own please do bring it along. You may also want to bring a blanket, cushion, or anything to make yourself comfortable whilst lying down.
