Spring is in sight.. we made it through Winter 😅🙌🏻

It’s time to come out of hibernation folks ..and I would love you join me on the mats for a beautiful journey through Sound.

Come and join me for my final Sound Bath of the year @ The Hideaway.

One of the comfiest and cosiest spaces in the heart of Stalybridge. A literal healing cocoon.

Just bring yourself (we have mats pillows and blanket) and let me guide you with the Crystal bowls to your ultimate state of relaxation.

Melt the winter blues away, forget about the Christmas shopping and for one hour give yourself permission to simply be.

Due to demand we have moved to a bigger space (within the same venue) for this Sundays event. 🥰

Ticket price has also been reduced this month as we know many can feel the financial strain in the run up to Christmas.. so why not take advantage and book your spot now while it’s cheaper. 🤗

Mats are limited in this space so if you have your own please do bring it along. You may also want to bring a blanket, cushion, or anything to make yourself comfortable whilst lying down.

Perfect way to round off my week. A gentle grounding Sound Bath with a lovely chat over herbal teas at the end. It was really lovely to be able to connect with participants rather than just play the bowls and go home. 🥰🙏🏼💜

Lovely afternoon for our first Men’s Wellness event. 🤍

A great bunch of guys who were open and receptive to the process.

We began with group a check in.
Daz led us into a very centering breathwork practice, which set us up nicely for a gorgeous grounding yoga flow with Carla.
I then led the group through a relaxing Sound Journey with the Crystal bowls, Shamnic drum, Chacapas and Koshi chimes.
We then closed with a card pull and a sharing/ check out circle.

The event hadn’t even ended before we were asked when the next offering would be. 🥰

Healing is for everyone.

Self expansion is for everyone.

Connection is for everyone.
