We’re delighted to share this kind feedback from Paresh & Lisa Maiithia about their son’s care with Mr. Thomas Finnigan.

☕ For many men, talking about how they’re really feeling doesn’t come easily. There’s still a stigma around opening up, and too often struggles are carried silently. But just like physical injuries, mental health matters too – and support can make all the difference.

Bad days aren’t for the calendar to decide, and our mental health doesn’t fit neatly into a calendar. But checking in with our friends, family, colleagues and having a proper chat is small but mighty way we can make a real difference to each other.

So whether it’s a teammate, a mate, a colleague, or a family member, start the conversation today. A simple cuppa and a chat today could mean more than you realise.

Let’s change the stigma, one conversation at a time 💙

If you or someone you know needs support, Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123.
