I'm a certified CPD & ICF accredited somatic trauma informed coach with a special focus on supporting individuals healing and recovering from domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse to help reconnect, rebuild and move forward from surviving to thriving. I’ve walked the path from confusion and survival to clarity and healing, and now I’m here to support others on their journey. My mission is to help

you reclaim your voice, rebuild your self-worth, and move from surviving to truly thriving. You don’t have to do this alone — healing is possible, and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.

The part of post separation after abuse that rarely gets talked about. You've grieved the 'relationship', you've made sense of what happened and why, but at the other end of all that is a strange void an emptiness and endless search to find the person you were before. Only to find when you look in the mirror they don't exist anymore. They don't act the same, they don't look the same. Then the grief grips you all over again for what you could have been.
