I'm a certified CPD & ICF accredited somatic trauma informed coach with a special focus on supporting individuals healing and recovering from domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse to help reconnect, rebuild and move forward from surviving to thriving. I’ve walked the path from confusion and survival to clarity and healing, and now I’m here to support others on their journey. My mission is to help you reclaim your voice, rebuild your self-worth, and move from surviving to truly thriving. You don’t have to do this alone — healing is possible, and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
