Busy day for some today. Manchester and London Marathons, both Manchester teams playing.
Back in the day, this type of situation would fuel my depression and what would later become ADHD. I'd feel like I wanted to get involved, yet couldn't do it.

I spent the morning walking the dogs near where I live in Chorlton. I need that space
My ADHD means I need some me time.
This is something that took me years to figure out. If only I'd known this 20 years ago.
Sometimes we're not able to see what's right or wrong for us.
