Another successful family dinner tonight 🙌

We all tucked into One-Pot Hunter’s Chicken Orzo 🍗🍅 — quick to make, full of flavour, and best of all… only ONE pot, so hardly any washing up! 🙏✨

That’s what I love about Slimming World, it’s not about cooking separate meals or spending hours in the kitchen. It’s about finding dishes the whole family enjoys that are simple, satisfying and fit perfectly into a healthy lifestyle 💚

💙 Night of Neon 2026 💙

Saturday night was mine and Sharne’s favourite night of the year ✨
We were incredibly proud to bring together an amazing team of 55 members, friends and family to take part in the Night of Neon walk for The Christie.

So far, we’ve raised nearly £5,000 🙌 and we’re not done yet!

So 3 different dinners tonight to meet everyone’s taste but apart from a few added items for the kids (theirs are in the bowls) that were just thrown in the air fryer, the same ingredients were used so no additional time needed. Also means leftovers for my lunch tomorrow

After a full-on day looking after the kids — including one in the middle of potty training 😅 — I was this close to ordering a takeaway. Tesco delivery wasn’t coming until later, hunger was real, and energy was low.

BUT… the husband grabbed some eggs and peppers on the way home, we threw a few bits together from the kitchen, and dinner turned into homemade chicken fried rice 🍚🍗

Not only did we save a load of money 💸, we definitely saved on calories too 🙌
Even better, this Aldi teriyaki sauce is only 1.5 SWIPS 🤯

Sometimes the easiest meals are the biggest wins 👏
